Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and goal-oriented Recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our clients. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience and alignment with client needs and candidate goals.
Responsibilities:
• Source and Attract Candidates: Utilize a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, networking events) to proactively search for qualified candidates.
• Screen and Interview: Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for client positions.
• Build Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a liaison to understand job requirements, company culture, and candidate preferences.
• Candidate Placement: Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities, manage the offer process, and facilitate onboarding.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, and provide insights and advice on market trends, hiring strategies, and salary benchmarking.
• Data Management: Track and update candidate progress and metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
• Networking: Attend industry events, job fairs, and professional meetings to promote the agency, network, and stay informed about market trends.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency or recruiting environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Bilingual-SpanishSkills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Qualities:• Highly motivated with a customer-service mindset.
• Results-oriented and driven to meet recruitment targets.
• Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the specific industries served by the agency.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.
