What You'll Do

As a Regional Lead, you'll be Real3's local powerhouse, responsible for:

• Onboard Estate Agents   :  Recruit, engage, and sign up estate agents and agencies in your region, showing them how Real3's no-fee platform can grow their business.
  
• Forge Partnerships   :  Build strong ties with local real estate professionals, property owners, and industry contacts to expand Real3's reach.
  
• Support Agents   : Guide agents in using our platform to list properties, connect with clients, and seal the deal, ensuring they see quick wins.
  
• Follow the Playbook   :  Roll out our proven strategies to gain traction, tweaking them to match your region's vibe.
  
• Hit Growth Goals   : Boost the number of active agents and property listings, driving real results in your area.
  
• Share Insights   :  Team up with us to pass along local feedback, helping sharpen our approach.
