We are working with a well-known designer and manufacturer of industrial computer products and solutions. This fast-growing company offers solutions in a variety of industries from intelligent transportation and smart factories to energy, healthcare, and AI applications.

Their solutions are open-ended architecture and they are rapidly expanding their sales team.

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who’s equal parts strategic hunter and relationship builder. Someone who knows their way around long sales cycles, can speak the language of engineers, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and chase six-figure deals.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Building a pipeline of large, high-value opportunities
• Prospecting like a pro—calls, trade shows, email, following up on company generated leads and industry networking
• Working directly with execs and technical stakeholders at key accounts
• Partnering with our internal engineers to shape custom solutions
• Using Salesforce to track progress and forecast accurately
• Handing off smaller leads to Inside Sales or channel partners

What you bring:

• Experience in technical sales experience (embedded systems, electronics, OEM)
• Proven ability to land and grow six-figure deals
• A solid understanding of hardware/software (Intel, AMD, PCI/PCIe, GPUs, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and confidence talking to technical teams AND execs
• Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM tools)
• A self-starter mindset and a love for solving real-world problems
