Job Overview:

As a Retail Assistant Manager, you'll ensure exceptional customer service by overseeing activations, payments, and upgrades. Keep the store organized, engage with customers, and empower your team to boost sales. Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service and sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide our guests with top-notch sales and service.
• Partner with the team on opening and closing procedures. This includes handling cash, creating deposits, and counting inventory.
• Ensure the store is clean and always maintained.
• Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations and Training teams.
• Stay updated on the latest tech innovations and wireless solutions.
• Coach and develop Retail Sales Representatives to exceed monthly goals.
• Support the Store Manager and lead the team in their absence.
• Partner with the Store Manager to help recruit and develop top talent.
• Ensure store merchandising standards are followed.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor
• Willingness to pick up shifts at other locations within a reasonable distance from your home store

Licenses and Certifications :

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
