We are seeking a qualified physical Room Attendant that is highly motivated and can ensure rooms are inviting and comfortable. Applicant must have the ability to work independently and efficiently perform cleaning duties. Key Requirements/ Qualifications: * Ability to lift, push, pull, more than 15 lbs. often housekeeper carts can weigh more than 40 lbs. or more to push, pull. * Ability to stand for long period of time and perform repetitive motions. * Flexible schedule to meet business needs. * Detail-orientated individual who is able to focus his/her cleaning responsibilities, ensuring that each room set up is completed as required by the property. * Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude. * Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure. Responsibilities: * Replenish items in rooms for guest use, including but not limited to towels, linens, and amenities. * Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally. * Thoroughly clean the guest room and bathroom area as assigned, (i.e. vacuuming, dusting, changing bed linen, emptying trash cans). * Report any maintenance needs or items left behind from the guest to the appropriate department. * Become familiar and knowledgeable with the hotel's safety and emergency procedures. This position is subject to successful completion of a background check as it relates to the responsibilities of the role.
