Job Description

As a Salesforce Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping solution architecture and guiding clients through successful Salesforce implementations. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet their needs. As an expert in Salesforce solutions, you'll collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand client goals and develop effective strategies to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interview client stakeholders to understand their business challenges and translate them into solution requirements.
- Lead clients through the Salesforce implementation process, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
- Serve as the technical leader on Salesforce projects, driving the development of optimal solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the platform.
- Provide detailed effort estimates for proposed solutions and communicate the potential benefits and risks.
- Design innovative Salesforce solutions that include configuration, complex data models, integrations, process automation, and custom functionalities.
- Write custom development specifications and work with the development team to ensure proper functionality is delivered.
- Provide expert-level guidance and hands-on support to developers throughout the project.
- Design and manage test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of the solution.
- Stay up to date on new Salesforce products, capabilities, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve solutions.
- Assist in sales efforts by providing technical expertise to help shape proposals and estimate project scopes.
- Showcase thought leadership through various channels, such as presentations, publishing, and client discussions.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in the CRM industry, with at least 4 years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Proven track record of designing and optimizing business processes, and integrating solutions across different systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business analysis skills to uncover and improve business processes.
- Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to earn relevant certifications after joining.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
