SAP Finance team lead FICO Description

Join EPAM as a SAP Finance Team Lead (FICO). In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and enhancing processes in SAP ECC, aligning them with business needs, and managing the planning, solution design, development, and implementation of technical solutions. Responsibilities

• Receiving and evaluating stakeholder requirements
• Developing and enhancing processes in SAP ECC, aligning them with business needs
• Transforming functional specifications into technical solutions using SAP core capabilities
• Collaborating effectively with consultants from other modules, such as SD and MM
• Providing end-user training and support knowledge exchange within the team

Requirements

• 3+ years SAP FICO experience with multiple full lifecycle experiences, at least 2 implementations
• Finance integration with core upstream modules including SD, MM, WM, Payroll, etc
• A broad range of configuration and business process content knowledge in the main components of financial accounting and controlling
• Strong client-facing consulting capability and excellent communication skills
• English level: B2+
