Position Highlights:
Full-Time Commitment: 37.5 hours per week for the entire school year.

Responsibilities: Providing therapy for receptive/expressive language, articulation, and more, all while collaborating remotely with teachers, staff, and parents.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
Deliver personalized remote therapy sessions to support student communication development.
Create and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Collaborate closely with parents and educators to monitor and report on student progress.
Participate in virtual meetings and conferences to discuss student outcomes and strategies.
Utilize a HIPAA-compliant platform to conduct therapy sessions safely and securely.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Educational Background: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in school settings, with a strong foundation in leading IEPs and conducting evaluations.
Licensure: An active SLP license in the state of Ohio.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and excellent communication skills are essential for remote collaboration and effective therapy delivery.
