Cornell Engineering holds the radical view that all engineers need a strong foundation in followership, leadership, teamwork, and ethical communication; and that all engineering students have the right to high-quality personal and professional development as part of their education.

We are now in an exciting period of growth in service of our goal to make interpersonal, team, and ethical leadership skills development integral to a Cornell Engineering degree.

This is a part-time position based in Ithaca, NY, requiring 25-30 hours per week with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
