Job Description

**Preferred location: St. Louis or Nearby Locations** **Qualifications:** + Over 5 years of experience in commissioning and/or designing AV systems for Enterprise customers. + Advanced technical acumen in AV equipment and systems, including cameras, matrix switchers, DSPs and control system platforms (e.g., Crestron, Extron, QSC). + Extensive experience building and supporting Cisco Macros for room integration and customizations. + Ability to prepare, understand, and interpret advanced single-line diagrams, architectural, construction, and electrical drawings + Knowledge of project financial reports, and the ability to control costs in the design and management of projects is essential + Understanding of basic networking and AVoIP protocols (e.g., AVB, Dante). + Experience configuring and supporting MTR, Zoom Rooms and Cisco Webex endpoints for client video conferencing solutions. + Experienced in the use of AutoCAD, Revit or similar proficiency in the use of other diagrammatic software tools. + Experience with DVLED video walls such as Planar and Unilumen. + Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team setting; experience leading field project installations is advantageous. + Providing technical expertise for the architecture, installation, and planning of audio, video, and control solutions. + Researching and evaluating the capabilities of available hardware and software options. + Experience with Digital Signage platforms and hardware is a plus. + Experience with streaming platforms such as Vbrick and Hive is a plus. **Education & Experience:** + 5+ years' experience in a pre-sales Engineering role. + Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience in a technical subject is desirable. + AV project management experience. + Audio/Visual industry related technical certifications. + Experience with collaboration technologies such as Teams, Zoom and WebEx. **Additional Requirements:** + Preferred qualifications include AV design experience and certifications such as Certified Technology Specialist (CTS & CTS-D) - AVIXA, Dante Level 1 Certification, and proficiency with MTR, Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Shure, Cisco, Sennheiser software/hardware. + May require occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs). + Up to 50% Domestic travel + Valid passport; International travel possible. + Valid U.S. driver's license. + Always maintain a professional attitude and appearance. + Willingness to pursue and attend additional training related to performance of job. + Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
