What You'll Do
As a Client Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' success. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a daily checklist for 200+ clients.
Onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless transitions.
Collaborating with media buying and delivery teams to set up client accounts effectively.
Maintaining and updating client CRM systems.
Addressing client concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Conducting routine client calls to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
Scheduling and coordinating deep-dive calls with clients.
Managing and prioritizing client requests to ensure timely resolution.
Coaching clients to optimize their results.
Demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills to exceed client expectations.

At least 2 years of experience in client retention and management.
Strong business communication skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or lead generation is highly desirable.
Leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide clients.
A humble, growth-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn from the best.
