Customer Success Specialist - Remote Opportunity

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. You'll be the first line of contact, helping clients navigate our solutions, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
What You'll Do:
Complete daily client checklists to ensure smooth operations for 200+ clients.
Onboard new clients, guiding them through our processes for a seamless start.
Collaborate with the media buying and delivery teams to ensure accounts are set up correctly.
Update and edit client CRM systems and accounts as needed.
Act as the first point of contact for any client concerns or issues.
Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and provide updates.
Schedule and manage appointments for deep-dive client calls.
Address client requests and manage a dynamic to-do list.
Coach clients on best practices to help them achieve outstanding results.
Embrace a proactive, problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges.

What We're Looking For:
A go-getter attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
At least 2 years of experience in client management, customer retention, or customer relationship management.
Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Strong attendance and a results-driven mindset.
Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (preferred).
Coaching, sales management, or leadership experience (highly desirable).
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection, computer, and distraction-free environment.
