Title: Senior IT Project Manager (REMOTE)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension/ temp. to perm.)

Job Description
Day to Day Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and driving end-to-end program management activities for complex software projects from concept to regulatory filing, and commercialization.
You will develop, track and report on project plans, detailed project schedules, critical path analysis, project and product risks, change control requests, and project deliverables to management and cross functional teams.
You will lead project and status meetings with internal cross-functional teams, executives and external partners with confidence and clear communication.
You will coordinate activities and tasks as well as resources across all departments including, software development and testing teams, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations while providing guidance to these groups on priorities and schedules.
You will be responsible for compliance to internal medical device design control and product development process as well as regulatory requirements for all aspects of the program.
You will positively motivate teams to ensure successful project completion.

Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):
1. Technical background and experience in project mgmt. ideally in a regulated environment. Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
2. Excellent project management and communication skills, including demonstrated ability to develop and manage a project with a detailed schedule, dependencies with other components or projects, establish priorities, work towards strict deadlines and be able to control several projects with various technologies and in various stages of development simultaneously.
3. You will possess knowledge and experience working with software development tools such as Jira that provide bug/issue tracking and project management functions and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Visio/Lucid Chart is required.

Preferred Skills (nice to have)
1. You will have experience with Agile development methodologies and practices as well as the product development process.
