Senior Quality Engineer
New Brighton, MN | Direct Hire | $90k - $120k

Konik is partnering with a local manufacturer, that is looking to add a Senior Quality Engineer to their growing team. The Sr. Quality Engineer ensures the quality and reliability of products throughout their lifecycle, from development to production and beyond. Senior Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate quality inspection, testing, and reliability methods.
• Conduct audits and lead root cause analyses to resolve quality issues.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Support new product launches with control plans, PFMEA, and capability studies.
• Develop quality controls to meet industry standards and customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaborate across manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems, safety standards, and company policies.

Senior Quality Engineer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing quality engineering.
• Previous experience working within ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 environments
• Expertise in root cause analysis (e.g., Six Sigma, 8D) and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean principles is a plus.
