XperiencOps Inc. seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. As the Senior Quality Engineer, you will drive the quality assurance efforts across our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective quality assurance processes and procedures.

Your primary responsibilities will include defining and implementing quality standards, developing test strategies, and overseeing the execution of test plans. You will work closely with the development and product teams to identify and prioritize quality issues and drive their resolution. Additionally, you will mentor and guide the quality engineers, fostering their growth and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test strategies and test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
  • Define and implement quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality issues, and drive their resolution.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to the quality engineers, fostering their growth and professional development.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive their implementation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
  • Mandatory Skills: OOP, Selenium Webdriver, Restful APIs, RDBMS
  • Familiarity with Jira, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Postman for building test automation
  • Nice To Have: AWS Serverless, Lambda, TestRail
  • Experience in developing test strategies and test plans.
  • Thorough knowledge of software testing techniques and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $153,000 - $187,000 USD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
