What You’ll Do:

• Operate sewing machines and perform process steps as instructed
• Thread needles, change bobbins, and adjust attachments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
• Provide process and equipment feedback to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic sewing machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and meet daily output goals
• Dependable attendance, including overtime when required
• Willingness to support additional tasks that improve operations
