Seeking a Year-Round Marketing Manager, Social Media & Content at a premier ski resort in Winter Park, CO.

• Develops and executes multi-channel messaging strategies to enhance brand awareness, resort visits, and revenue.
• Leads social media efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, creating engaging content and managing community interactions.
• Owns and evolves brand voice, writes campaign copy, and ensures messaging consistency across channels.
• Collaborates with teams on integrated campaigns, manages paid media, and analyzes performance metrics.
• Leads the blog strategy to engage audiences and build brand affinity.
• Manages and mentors the Social Media & Content Specialist, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Requires 4+ years in social media/marketing, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and a passion for outdoor lifestyles.
• Physical and working conditions include outdoor work, occasional mountain presence, and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
