Without human-centered thinking, connected products are just standalone things-but with it, our modern connected products facilitate a unified way of life enjoyed by all. **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in Agile methodologies. Experience in Geo-special systems, cloud technologies, and data migrations is highly desirable. Familiarity with the Energy and Utilities industry is a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions. + Mentor and guide team members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. + Manage and resolve impediments to ensure smooth project execution. + Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables. + Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master. + Over 10+ years of experience in the IT industry. + Exposure to Geo-special systems is advantageous. + Experience with cloud technologies and data migrations is preferred. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Background in the Energy and Utilities industry is a plus. + SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification is required. **Additional Skills:** + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. + Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. **Compensation:** - $90,000 to $140,000 +/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
