Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
• Perform hair styling services, including cutting, coloring and customer service
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Manage retail sales of hair and beauty products, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in hair styling and cosmetology
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards
• Experience with hair extensions and makeup application
• Ability to manage retail sales
• Understanding of color theory and retail math principles
• CT Cosmetology License Required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
