Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Summer Healthcare Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic healthcare investment banking team. The successful candidate will work alongside senior bankers and clients on healthcarefocused transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capital raising and financial advisory services. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in the healthcare investment banking industry collaborating with industry experts on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior bankers in analyzing financial statements conducting valuations and preparing pitch books for healthcarerelated transactions.
Assist with the due diligence process including the collection analysis and presentation of financial data.
Participate in the preparation of client presentations transaction documents and other deliverables.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of highquality work to clients.
Qualifications:
Enrollment in a toptier undergraduate or graduate program with a strong academic record in finance economics business or a related field.
Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in healthcare investment banking and the healthcare industry.
Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Prior internships or experience in investment banking finance or healthcarerelated fields is a plus.
