The Ideal Candidate:
- Is passionate about public accounting and eager to advance in their career
- Has a strong technical foundation and confidence in their abilities
- Is eager to contribute to the growth of a firm on the rise
- Maintains a "big picture" perspective while working on complex challenges
- Has 5-10+ years of experience in individual and business tax (Estate & Trust experience is a plus)
- Demonstrates a track record of hard work, dedication, and success in both professional and personal endeavors
Position Requirements:
- CPA or EA License
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting is preferred (Master's degree in Taxation is a plus)
- 5-10+ years of experience in public accounting
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines, while communicating effectively with the team
- A passion for mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members
