Location: Warren, NJ

Position: Territory Outside Sales Rep

Target customer: Flooring Retailers, Restoration companies, Contractors and those working in flooring/ construction.

We are a flooring tools and materials speciality company that is looking to hire an energetic outside sales rep based within an hour of Warren, NJ. We're an exciting and privately owned company that has penetrated the market with useful and purposeful tools and materials to make flooring demolition and installation a smoother process. We offer a patented product that is unique and fun to talk about!

Overview of Duties:

• Call on new and existing clients and present our company's materials with purpose
• Assist and educate customers and sales team.
• Support and work with customers to get displays on their floor.
• Regularly call on customers building lasting business relationships
• Represent company working with integrity.
• Use personal vehicle to drive within territory ideally working some or all of NJ, NY and Eastern PA.

Compensation Package:

• Base salary of $45k plus commission ranging between 3-6%.
• * Territory has existing business with much growth opportunity.
