THE POSITION: We are looking for a Tower Foreman (MODS). The pay range we offer is $75,000 to $85,000 per year. We offer a generous compensation plan based on industry standards and your experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Tower Foreman (MODS) is responsible for leading and supervising a team of technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures. The Tower Foreman will also oversee all team members' safety and ensure compliance with all company and industry safety regulations. Installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment, includes but is not limited to antennas, coaxial and fiber-optic cables, and electrical systems.
Lead and supervise a team of technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures.
Ensure compliance with all company and industry safety regulations.
Conduct daily safety meetings and inspections.
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all crew members and equipment.
Review and approve all work completed by the team.
Maintain accurate records of all work completed and materials used.
Communicate effectively with the project manager and customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work authorization (required).
5+ years of experience in telecommunications, with at least three years of experience as a foreman or supervisor.
Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Must be able to climb and work at heights.
Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Must be able to work flexible hours and be on call as needed.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
