Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide expert legal counsel on trust and estate planning, ensuring all client assets are managed and distributed.
• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Manage and resolve estate administration matters.
• Utilize legal case management software to organize and maintain accurate case records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• A Juris Doctor degree is required
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
• 3+ years of experience with Trust & Estates law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficient in legal case management software, preferably Clio and/or NetDocuments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Wealth Docs is preferred.
