Job Description

Job Overview 

As an Analytics & Insights Manager you will be integral to the continued high performance of all campaigns at Billion Dollar Boy.

You will take ownership of key projects as part of the Insights and Analytics team, taking ownership of reporting setup and day-to-day/campaign reporting and measurement. You will work closely with other members of the team as well as the Client Services and Strategy teams to bring campaigns to life with in-depth analysis and insights.

Working closely with our global teams and our team at our sister agency Companion, you will have the opportunity to work on US and global projects with household name brands.

Responsibilities

  • Pulling, monitoring, quality controlling and analyzing data from various sources to develop in-depth campaign performance and competitor reports that provide insightful observation and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders, both at campaign and macro level.

  • Building and monitoring dashboards with Google Sheets and Data Studio to show campaign performance in real time and reporting back to the Client Services team.

  • Keeping up to date with social media platform analytics updates to ensure work is always at the cutting edge of our industry.

  • Support and build client relationships and join client calls to discuss campaigns, insights and key results.

  • Proactively and independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet communicated deadlines.

  • Working alongside Strategy, Client Services and Paid Media teams on US and global campaigns.

Skills & Attributes

  • 3+ years experience required

  • Creative or media agency experience preferred

  • Experience with a range of measurement solutions, particularly ones pertaining to content/performance analysis

  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (advanced data analysis & visualisation), Google Data Studio (or dashboarding in general) & SQL.

  • Experience using and working with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok) and Google Analytics.

  • Experience with third party measurement solutions such as brand lift studies and sentiment analysis preferred.

  • Experience with paid media preferred.

  • Organised with high attention to detail.

  • Team player.

  • Strong communications skills and ability to write clearly, without jargon, and construct compelling insight stories using all available first and third party data.
