Spotless Auto LLC is currently seeking an Assistant to Service Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This position offers a compensation of $13 - $16 per hour. Description of the role: The Assistant to Service Manager at Spotless Auto LLC plays a crucial role in assisting the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of the auto service provider in San Antonio. The job involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating service appointments, managing scheduling, ordering parts, invoicing, and handling fleet accounts in addition to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Service Manager in day-to-day operations
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate service appointments and manage scheduling
• Support the service team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Ordering parts, invoicing, and handling fleet accounts

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
