Job Title: Remote B2B Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
• Provide regular account reviews and updates to ensure the alignment of goals
• Track and report on client feedback, ensuring service improvements are made when necessary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, relationship management, or a similar field

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively

• Experience using CRM software and other business management tools

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
