Job Description

Molly's Cupcakes River East at 419 E. Illinois St. is looking to add a Baker to the team!  Evening Availability Required.

Responsibilities : 

• Calculating Cupcake Pars using simple addition and subtraction
• Mixing batters, lining pans, scooping, and baking to bakery standards
• Ensuring that cupcakes, cakes and cookies are baked to perfection
• Making certain that kitchen and baking equipment is left clean and organized and up to sanitation guidelines
• Adding to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements :

• Experience in a bakery, restaurant, or from a culinary school a huge plus. but we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Ability to follow a production list and to prioritize tasks
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work well and communicate with others as a part of a team
• Evening availability, Must be able to work your fair share of weekends and holidays

Hours :

20-30 hours per week: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday availability; 

Typical Shift would be 5pm - 12am.
