We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell/valet attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, valeting guests cars, and responding to guest requests as needed. Responsibilities:

• Unload guest luggage and take items up to their room safely and professionally
• Greet guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
• Ensure no guest is left unattended by supporting the front desk staff with check-in and service requests
• Perform other hotel services as assigned and respond to guest requests as necessary, such as delivering mail and food to guest’s rooms, taking laundry service, making sure public areas are clean, and checking the guest’s luggage for storage
• Valet guests cars

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• This position requires a flexible schedule that includes availability to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Be at least 21 years of age
