Position: Digital Project Manager
Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (EST)
Holidays: In-country holidays observed
Location: Remote - South Africa or LATAM
Salary: $2500 to $3000 USD per month depending on experience
 

Executive Summary:

Seeking a Digital Project Manager to direct and refine the integration of over 21 Business-to-Business clients. This is a critical role necessitating the development and maintenance of a robust, structured onboarding protocol, along with the capacity to facilitate client communications as required.
 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and uphold a standardized, 37-phase client onboarding process.
• Supervise onboarding procedures and internal interdepartmental collaboration.
• Administer the framework and documentation for procedural enhancement.
• Engage with Business-to-Business clients as necessary to guarantee seamless integration.
• Cooperate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., marketing, technology).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrates superior organizational skills and a process-oriented methodology.
• Possesses substantial experience in managing concurrent client projects.
• Capable of autonomous work while engaging in remote collaborative efforts with international teams.
• Exhibits ease and proficiency in a client-facing role.
• Resides within South Africa or Latin America.
