Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of corporate events, promotional campaigns, and brand experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish.
Manage event logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation, and vendor coordination.
Support the events team with scheduling, budget tracking, and administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth on-site event operations and provide exceptional client and guest support.
Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with brand objectives.
Assist with post-event reporting, analysis, and follow-up tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
