Start your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at Milliken Limestone in Gaffney, SC. As a Machine Operator, you will operate production machinery to produce parts and materials according to customer and company specifications. This position offers a temp-to-hire opportunity after 520 hours.

What We Offer

• $13.86 - $19.53 per hour, depending on experience and shift
• 1st shift, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd shift, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

What We're Looking For

• No high school diploma required
• Experience with operating machinery in an industrial setting
• Training and development focus, with experience as a machine operator preferred
• Shift flexibility – ability to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift, Monday – Friday
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• Safety focus – adhere to all PPE regulations

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator

• Set up machines to start the production cycle
• Perform textile machine operator duties, such as creeling
• Repair machine stops
• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation
• Complete quality paperwork
• Perform routine housekeeping duties
• Perform other tasks as assigned
