Marketing Coordinator – Serial Wines & Weather Wines
Location: Downtown Napa, CA (Full-Time, In-Office)

John Anthony Wine & Spirits is a high-growth, innovative company headquartered in Downtown Napa. Our wine portfolio includes Butter by JaM Cellars, John Anthony Vineyards, Serial Wines, and Weather Wines—brands that have earned multiple 90+ scores and top Nielsen rankings.

Serial Wines and Weather Wines represent the luxury tier of our portfolio, showcasing the dynamic terroirs of Paso Robles and the Sonoma Coast, respectively.

We are seeking a full-time, in-office Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Napa, CA. This role will work closely with the Brand Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies across consumer, trade, and DTC channels for Serial and Weather Wines. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of two fast-growing luxury brands within an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Brand Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies that bring these luxury brands to life. This role is critical in ensuring consistent brand messaging while actively contributing to campaigns, events, and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Support:
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all channels to ensure a cohesive luxury brand image.
- Manage and update the asset library, including brand collateral, logos, and templates.
- Represent Serial Wines and Weather Wines as a brand ambassador in internal and external communications, and events.

Campaign & Project Execution:
- Support marketing campaigns across digital (social, email, web) and traditional channels.
- Coordinate logistics for trade events, eCommerce promotions, and DTC hospitality initiatives.
- Assist in content creation, including copywriting, managing creative assets, and collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

Performance Analysis:
- Track campaign performance and report key metrics to the Brand Manager.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve future campaigns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related fields; experience in wine or luxury industries strongly preferred.
- Fluency across consumer, trade, and DTC marketing channels and media.
- Knowledge or experience in the Paso Robles and/or Sonoma Coast regions is highly desirable, as these regions are at the heart of these brands' stories.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, Meta advertising, and Google Analytics is required.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, RedChirp, WineDirect, and WinePulse is highly sought after.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is welcomed but not required.
- Passion for luxury wine, storytelling, and driving brand growth.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $67,000–$80,000 annually, plus benefits, and is commensurate with experience.
