We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Inclusion Program Coordinator. This role will support internal inclusion initiatives and coordinate employee engagement events, both within the company and in collaboration with external nonprofit partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and brings creativity, empathy, and organizational strength to every project.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement events and campaigns in partnership with employee resource groups
Build relationships with nonprofit organizations to facilitate volunteering and partnership opportunities
Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices across regions
Develop and maintain project timelines, communications plans, and post-event metrics
Provide administrative and logistical support for inclusion-related programs and events
Prepare internal communications, including event invitations, promotional materials, and recaps
Manage vendor relationships and event budgets as needed
Collect, analyze, and report on Inclusion metrics to track progress, identify gaps, and inform strategic decisions.
Stay current on Inclusion trends, research, and best practices. Continuously assess and refine strategies to drive innovation and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Relevant years of relevant experience in employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, corporate social responsibility, event coordination, or related fields
Experience working in a global corporate environment preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Creative, collaborative, and enthusiastic team player with a deep commitment to promoting inclusion and a passion for making a positive impact
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); familiarity with event or project management platforms a plus

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$80,000 to $100,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
