Job Description

Our client, an IT Consulting company, are hiring a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD. This ServiceNow role is a great opportunity for candidates who has implementation experience with ServiceNow Human Resources Service Desk (HRSD). This is a 12 month assignment on a contract basis, working fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Be actively involved in the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advise clients on best practice within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhanced experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the company’s methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency.
• Demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles; including documentation, testing and training.
• Innovate and identify solutions that can be reused on future engagements.
• Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current and contribute to thought leadership.

Skillset

• 2-5 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically Human Resources Service Desk (HRSD).
• A comprehensive understanding of Human Resources Workflows.
• Experience implementing HRSD and working with Case and Knowledge Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow portal and ServiceNow catalog items.
• Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies and tools in a virtual environment.
• A passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ITIL Certification is a bonus.
