Are you ready to help us make the future? The Position Portable Sales Director for US and Canada. We are in search of a Honeywell sales leader ready to take on the challenge of leading our portable gas detection business. In this role you will lead and develop a diverse team of Portable Gas Detection Strategic Account Managers and Front-Line Sales Managers, as well as drive the overall strategy for portable gas detection in US&C. The expectations for the role are listed below: Deliver Results: + Exceed the numerical metrics of your AOP for Revenue and Orders while balancing the margin goals of the business. + Ensure that 80% of your direct team achieves 90% or above their combined targets and meets commercial KPIs. + Accurately forecast orders and growth opportunities and feed them into Build a Strong Team + Build a strong diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture resulting in an overall PLI score of 90 or higher. + Drive a collaborative, winning culture Pipeline Creation, proactive selling, and executing a MOS + Ensure that your team creates sufficient deals to grow your pipeline to 2X orders AOP. + Focus the sales team on delivering against their expectations, increase personal accountability, identify areas of risk with mitigation plans and provide input to the other functions to help deliver a better customer experience. You Must Have: + 5 years or more of sales management + Proven track record of driving sales growth in a proactive + Experience with gas detection and the safety industry.
