Welder-Fabricator Positions Available

Location: Maple Plain, MN, and Isanti, MN, Becker, MN (multiple opportunities)

Wage Range: $30+ per hour (DOE)

Shift: MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled Welder-Fabricators to join our team, with multiple positions available for experienced welders proficient in MIG, TIG, and structural welding. Ideal candidates will have experience working with various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, and will be capable of reading blueprints, setting up and operating welding machinery, and performing finishing work to produce high-quality metal products and structural components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural Steel Welding: Read and interpret blueprints to assemble and weld structural steel beams and columns.
• MIG & TIG Welding: Perform MIG and TIG welding on custom products like metal fencing, bike racks, and large structural components.
• Machine Operation & Material Handling: Operate overhead cranes, grinders, and other machinery to align, grind, and fit components accurately.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect welded parts, perform finish work, and ensure all assemblies meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• High attention to detail, safety-minded, and strong team collaboration skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Requirements:

• Must provide steel-toed boots; gloves and other safety equipment will be supplied by the company.
