Full Time Private Chef Position – West Palm Beach/Hamptons

Elite Private Chefs is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and discreet Private Chef to serve an elite family. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of the family's culinary needs in an exclusive, high-end setting. As the Private Chef, you will be expected to create exceptional, personalized meals that cater to the client's tastes, dietary preferences, and health needs. Discretion, professionalism, and a strong background in macronutrient-based meal planning and nutritional plating are essential for success in this role.

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (primary) & Southampton, NY (summer)
Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 11:30am–8pm
Compensation: ~$150,000/year + health benefits + 401k
Housing: Provided in Southampton, NY (summer only)
Start Date: ASAP (Test cook required)

Key Responsibilities

• Cook lunch & dinner 5 days/week: occasional breakfast

• Plate custom macro-based meals for 2 adults with specific health goals

• Prepare simple, family-style meals for 3 children (ages 5, 8, 10)

• Focus on fresh, clean ingredients across diverse cuisines (Asian, Indian, Mediterranean, Italian, etc.)

• Plan weekly menus aligned with macros, calories, and household routines

• Stock fridge/pantry, prep healthy snacks & occasional treats

• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen (housekeeper handles deep cleaning)

• Prepare occasional gluten-free meals for a regular guest

• Travel to Southampton, NY in summer (housing provided)

• Communicate via Chief of Staff (text)

• Support rare entertaining (1x/monthly) with additional help

• Maintain a calm, grounded presence in a quiet, low-key household

Qualifications

• Expertise in macronutrient-based meal planning, plating, and portioning

• Strong understanding of nutrition, clean eating, and organic sourcing

• Skilled in both elevated adult cuisine and kid-friendly meals

• Easygoing, calm, discreet, and great with children

• Prefers structure, consistency, and long-term placement

• U.S. work authorization required

May collaborate with Chief of Staff to plan and prepare high-quality, personalized meals tailored to household preferences and dietary needs

Additional Qualifications

• Proven experience as a private chef or in high-end restaurant/luxury settings

• Strong foundation in diverse culinary techniques and global cuisines

• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills

• Impeccable cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail

• Must demonstrate a high level of discretion and commitment to client privacy

• Ability to create a variety of dishes—from comforting daily fare to elegant, refined cuisine

• Maintain a spotless, well-organized kitchen and uphold top-tier food safety and hygiene standards

Preferred Skills:

• Meal planning and experience with macro

• Sophisticated plating and presentation techniques

• Exposure to or interest in international cuisines and cultural dining preferences
