Job Description

The Custom Koncepts Film Installer plays a crucial role inside Custom Koncepts, installing and executing the accessories within customer and company owned vehicles.

Window Film Installation – Install window film on customer and company owned vehicles including windshield, and sunroof ensuring quality and accuracy
Additional window film application task as needed
Paint Protection Film Installation - Install Paint protection film on partial or full vehicles
Application of Ceramic Coating – Exterior and Interior
Conduct vehicle inspections on site to ensure optimal conditions
Work Closely with sale and operational leadership to diagnose, troubleshoot and deliver film installation to customers

Essential Skills and Qualifications: * Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. * Detail-Oriented and Accurate: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of sales documentation and records. * Customer Service Focus: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers.
